We've had this problem before, but the underlying problem is different and the solution is different.

Workaround:

1. The terminal displays hidden files and then restarts the finder;

    // commands for displaying Mac hidden files     Defaults write Com.apple.finder appleshowallfiles YES    //  hide mac hidden files command    Defaults write Com.apple.finder appleshowallfiles NO

2. Go to the SVN directory, locate the lock file, delete

3. Then right-click Clean Working Copy,

4. Then commit/update!
