Swift-Adds a cell's display animation to the table (3D zoom)

The following example shows that TableView has a stunning 3D zoom effect when displaying data.

We only need to implement the Willdisplaycell method of TableView. Look at the method name to know that this is the method that executes when the cell is about to be displayed.
