VMware hint: This virtual machine appears to be in use, obtaining ownership failure error for this virtual machine

When the virtual machine is running, the shutdown is not normal at once. Causes the virtual machine to receive the following error:

This virtual machine appears to be in use.
If this virtual machine is already in use, press the Cancel button to avoid damaging it. If this virtual machine is not in use, press the Get Ownership (&t) button to take ownership of it.

But click to get ownership, but also the error:

Failed to acquire ownership of the virtual machine.
The virtual machine is being used by a program on your host.
Configuration file: D:virtual machinescentos-6.3centos-6.3.vmx

Later a disorderly toss, suddenly thought is not *.lck folder problem, because before also encountered similar problems.
