According to the network application requirements of the TCL Industrial Research Building, the network solution we designed adopts a three-layer distributed structure. The core layer uses the TCLS4608MF core route switch, the convergence layer uses TCLS4408MF, And the access layer uses S4226MFD. In this way, the network of the TCL Industrial Research Building is formed into a high-performance multi-layer switching network with a gigabit-to-core and. One central switch in the building serves as a backup redundancy node and 29 Information aggregation points. To ensure the performance of network users, the Backbone Node uses TCLS4608MF
High-performance core route switch. The Network Center of the TCL Industrial Research Institute uses a TCLS4608MF and two management modules. Each management module has four MINGBIC Optical Fiber ports and is used to connect to the aggregation layer switch, in addition, the 8-port MINGBIC Optical Fiber Module is connected to the aggregation layer switch through the optical fiber, and a 64-port RJ-21 to RJ-45 module is connected to the equipment through m; the network convergence layer uses TCLS4408MF, TCLS4408MF uses 1000MGBIC to connect with the access layer S4226MFD optical port.
The access layer provides users with high-speed access to the core network, and provides users with shared/exchanged bandwidth allocation. for the design of the access layer, we use the high-speed switching capability of the TCLS4226MFD switch, it provides users with high-speed Working Group switching capabilities. At the same time, in the user access bandwidth design, we configure 10/100 M switching access according to the bandwidth requirements of the user's business. The S4226MFD has 24 10/100 MRJ-45 ports and 2 expansion slots for the 100/1000 M module and stack module. It provides Gbit/s of Backboard bandwidth to make the network more scalable; using the Gigabit Optical Fiber module, the network trunk can easily reach 10/100 Mbps, seamlessly connect 1000 Mbit/s, and support multiple protocols. The IGMPSnooping function ensures 100% availability of key services in case of network congestion; supports multiple management methods. The hardware supports 802.1X and supports port bandwidth control. The bandwidth control (QoS) and WEB management methods make network management easier and easier.

2. Application of TCL network equipment in Guangming building, Xinjiang
The Guangming building in Xinjiang is composed of nine units. The networks of each unit are physically connected, and each unit is divided into the Intranet and Internet. The network environment is very complex, this requires the switch to have a strong QOS function and VLAN isolation, routing, and powerful ACL access control functions, in addition, it is required that the switch switching speed cannot be affected when these function policies are added. Based on the network requirements analysis of Guangming building in Xinjiang and our years of experience in building network design, our design adopts a two-layer structure. TCLS4608MF is the 256 Gbit/s backboard bandwidth of the network center switch TCLS4608MF, this not only ensures the existing network requirements but also meets the later expansion requirements. The access layer uses S4226MFD, which guarantees QOS and supports VLAN isolation. In order to improve the network switching capability, currently, the network design of the building uses a two-layer structure, that is, the access layer switch is directly connected to the center switch Gigabit. The stackable switch is used as the building access layer switch, which has become the first choice and design standard for the network design. The advantages of using stackable switches for building access layer switches include: Facilitating unified management of the entire network and reducing the network structure level, which facilitates the expansion of information points.
