Several options are available in the Find and Replace dialog box in Word 2010 for user-defined lookup content, as described in the following procedure:
Step 1th, open the Word 2010 document window, and then click the Find → Advanced Find button in the Edit group in the start Ribbon, as shown in Figure 2010081204.

Step 2nd, click the More button in the Open Find and Replace dialog box to open the expand panel of the Find and Replace dialog box, and you'll see more find options in the expansion panel, as shown in Figure 2010081205.

Tip: The "Find and Replace" dialog box "more" extension panel options have the following meanings:
L Search: In the Search Drop-down menu, you can select the down, up, and all options to select the start position of the lookup;
L Case sensitive: Find characters that match the English letter case of the target content exactly;
L Whole Word matching: Find characters or combinations of characters that are exactly the same as the spelling of the target content;
L Use wildcards: wildcard characters are allowed (for example, ^#, ^?). And so on) to find content;
L homonym (English): Find words with the same pronunciation as the target content;
L Find all forms of a word (English): Find words that are of the same form as the target content, most typically all the forms of is (such as are, were, was, Am, and be);
L Differentiate prefixes: find words that are the same as the beginning characters of the target content;
L Distinguished suffix: find words with the same end character as the target;
L distinguish full/half angle: In the search for the target to distinguish between the English, character or number of full-width, half-width State;
L Ignore punctuation: ignore punctuation when looking for target content;
L Ignore spaces: ignore spaces when looking for target content.
