First step:
Please open the photo you want to decorate.
Step Two:
Choose Liquefaction from the Filter menu to open the Liquefaction dialog box. From the Liquefaction toolbar (located to the left of the dialog box), select the Zoom tool (which is like a magnifying glass) and click one or two times in the preview window to enlarge the character's face. After that, select the Transform tool (located at the top of the Liquefaction toolbar).
Step Three:
Press the left/right parenthesis key on your keyboard to resize the brush to close to the person's cheek size. Put the brush near the corners of your mouth, click and drag a little upwards. The cheek is raised by the upward drag of the cheeks, which is smiling.
Fourth Step:
Drag another corner of the mouth repeatedly, the extent of the drag to match the previous. Be careful not to drag too much, otherwise it will make the person in the picture ridiculous. Click the OK button in the liquefaction dialog to apply the modification, and the modification will be applied to the photo.
