Conference Process

Initial total goal: Complete the requirements analysis, to do all the preparation of the pre-software.
Backlog The main content:
1) The serial number of the id-task, the unified identifier.
2) name--A simple description of the task and a team member's eye.
3) Importance (IMP)--To enable team members to understand the urgency and importance of the task and to be methodical.
4) initial estimate (EST)-estimate the time required to complete the task and ensure the progress of the task.
5) Note-A simple explanation of the task.
6) The claimant-the team members of the Division of labor, to maintain the enthusiasm of the team.
