1) GDI +, the existing project is to do with GDI +, through the double cache optimization, has reached 30 frames, but the CPU occupancy rate is still relatively high, probably 10-20%; encountering a bad computer or other application to preempt resources, will chuck.

2) XNA, has been abandoned by Microsoft, with its development project risk is very large;

3) DIRECT2D, does not support XP, may lose 30% of users;

Final conclusion:

The old project continues to be maintained and the new project DIRECT2D. The future XP will be phased out, with win 981 like. Further projects will be developed based on DIRECT2D.
