Resolution: Failed to connect to VMware Lookup service failure (
5.5.0)
Fault Status:
When attempting to log on to the vsphere Web client, the system prompts you with the following error message:
Failed to connect to VMware Lookup Service Https://xxxx:7444/lookupservice/sdk-ssl certifate verification Failed.
Fault Analysis:
Due to the change of the hostname or IP address of vcenter virtual appliance (VCSA);
Solution One:
1, using the browser login https://xxx:5480, open vcenter Server virtual Appliance Web configuration interface;
2. Click on the Admin page tab, then click Yes and submit

3. Restart VMware vcenter Server Appliance
Solution Two:
Click Reset on admin page to reset, also can be resolved.
