2. Configure TFTP

Ecgl Linux comes with a TFTP server, and Linux must have the root permission

The configuration file of the TFTP server is/etc/xinetd. d/TFTP. The configuration file specifies/tftpboot as the root directory of the TFTP server and provides the downloaded files under/tftpboot.

Background

1. chkconfig

Linux provides the chkconfig command to update, query, and run system services at different running levels.

Syntax:

Chkconfig -- list [name]
Chkconfig -- add name
Chkconfig -- del name
Chkconfig [-- level levels] Name <on | off | reset>
Chkconfig [-- level levels] Name

Chkconfig has five functions: add, delete, and list services,
Changes the startup information and checks the startup status of a specific service.

For the ON and OFF switches, the system is only valid for the running level 3, 4, and 5 by default.

Running files

Each service managed by chkconfig needs to add two or more lines of comments to the script in the corresponding init. d.
