Now is the era of Internet transformation, the traditional development method has no longer meet the rapidly changing times, which is the background of the emergence of agile. The software industry has started from the need to do agile, has changed to think about how to do agile, what is agile? How to doing agility? And how is the real being agile?
Many people hear the word Agile development as a developer, this is a big misunderstanding, but also lead to an important reason for the failure of agile. Agile is implemented in stages and steps, and ultimately we want to be agile and not just develop this link. In addition to developing people to change the way agile, managers also need to have agile management thinking, only in order to let agile blossom.
This book is based mainly on my in-depth summary of the agile implementation process in my work and my thoughts on how to do the internal training for some companies, and I will focus on two agile approaches that are widely used today: scrum and Kanban, and an important element overlooked in agile development: agile requirements. However, the learning of methods and techniques does not guarantee the landing of agile, which is one of the important factors, so the latter part of our main focus in the Agile environment, team members and managers should have what kind of thinking and soft skills to start, so that readers can from both people and things to more complete and comprehensive practice of your agile journey.
