Configuration steps

1. Launch Android SDK Manager, open the main interface, select "tools","options...", pop up the "Android SDK manager-settings" form ；
3. In the "Android SDK manager-settings" form. In the "http proxy server" and "http proxy port" input box filled in mirrors.neusoft.edu.cn and 80 , and selected "force https://... sources to be Fetched using http://..." check box.

   When you are finished, click "close"button to close the "Android SDK manager-settings" form back to the main screen.

5. Select "packages","reload".
