one. Classic steps for preparing a schedule:
① Build Enterprise and project resource pool.
② set the project calendar, resource calendar.
③ set major milestones for the project.
④ the work list (task,activity) under the WBS (work package).
⑤ estimates the duration for each task.
⑥ the logical relationship between each task (SS,FS,FS,FF, delay).
⑦ the number of resources and resources required to complete each task in the load.
⑧ progress calculation, see if the completion milestone is in line with the contract or the owner's requirements, look at the resource load is too large.

The ⑩ adjustment method is: Compress the task's duration on the critical path, devote more resources to shorten the duration, and decompose the long duration of the job.
