The confidentiality law stipulates that Internet service providers should cooperate with the leak investigation

According to CEN, this Law applies to countriesSecretThe scope and confidentiality level, confidentiality system, supervision and management, legal liability, and so on have stipulated that matters prescribed by laws and administrative regulations should be disclosed in accordance with law. This law defines the confidentiality period of state secrets and stipulates that "Unless otherwise specified, the secret level shall not exceed 30 years, the machine level shall not exceed 20 years, and the secret level shall not exceed 10 years ."

Conservative countrySecretAccording to the law, state secrets are classified into three levels: top secret, top secret, and top secret. In terms of password-setting permissions, the law stipulates that the central State organs, provincial organs, and their authorized organs and units can determine the level of top secret, confidential level, andSecretCountrySecretAuthorities at the municipal or autonomous prefecture level, as well as their authorized authorities and units can determine confidentiality levels and State secrets at the secret level. The specific confidentiality permission and Authorization scope are stipulated by the state security administrative department.

Article 28th of the confidentiality law stipulates that Internet and other public information network operators and service providers should cooperate with public security organs, national security authorities, and procuratorial organs to investigate leaks; if any information published through the Internet or other public information networks involves the disclosure of State secrets, the transmission should be stopped immediately, relevant records should be kept, and reports should be made to the public security organs, national security organs, or confidential administrative departments; the State Security Authority, the state security authority, or the confidential administrative department shall delete the stateSecret.

The confidentiality law stipulates that, if Internet and other public information network operators and service providers violate the provisions of Article 28th of this law, the public security organs, national security authorities, and information industry authorities shall impose penalties in accordance with their respective division of duties.
