The Console program cannot read or write files in the task scheduler.

When we use the Console program as the scheduled task operation of the Window scheduled task, we explicitly set the execution permission of the program or the read/write permission of the folder (all permissions are attempted, but when we have read and write operations, you can manually execute them in the folder of the exe program to create files, but if you execute the task in Windows, the file will not be created. Why?

Hosts file. If you do not need read/write operations, you do not need to set the hosts file. However, if the Console program needs to read and write files in the Windows planning task, you must set the hosts file to start with (optional) the root directory of the .exe program. The settings are as follows:
