Eval (codestring)

The mandatory option codestring parameter is a string value that contains valid JScript code. This string will be parsed and executed by the JScript parser.

The Eval function allows the dynamic execution of JScript source code. For example, the following code creates a new variable that contains a Date object mydate:http://www.hrbfc120.com

Eval ("var mydate = new Date ();");

The code passed to the Eval method executes the same context as when the Eval method is called.
