The fastest Android emulator genymotion installation and Eclipse configuration complete tutorial

The first section installs Genymotion and VirtualBox virtual machines

Online through the eclipse-help in the install new software, and then enter the URL http://plugins.genymotion.com/eclipse/the scheme is now not working, the URL has been opened. So you have to install it manually.

Once downloaded, put it in your Eclipse\plugins directory, open Eclipse, and you'll see an icon:

When clicked, you will be asked to configure Genymotion directory, or go to the window-preferences configuration:

The General configuration directory is: C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Genymobile\Genymotion

Click on the icon in the red circle when the configuration is complete

After clicking:

This indicates that the configuration was successful.

The above two simulators were created in genymotion before me. However, when selected, clicking Start does not start directly as you would open the simulator in ANDROIDSDK. You need to manually click on the genymotion icon on your computer to open the emulator and then click Open

2, create an Android project in Eclipse to run on the emulator.

Select the current emulator after clicking Run as Android application:
