Recently with Toshiba's mobile hard drive, other computers can display the drive letter, but my computer can recognize but do not display the drive letter, tried various methods or not, finally through a simple solution.

Right-click Computer, Device Manager, Universal Serial Bus controller->USB massive storage device, click USB Massive storage device, and then click Scan in the status bar to detect hardware changes.
