The SQL Server version used does not support data type ' datetime2 '

The version of SQL Server in does datatype ' datetime2
Solutions
Open your EDMX in a file editor (or "open With ..." in Visual Studio and select XML Editor). At the top you'll find the storage model and it has an attribute ProviderManifestToken. This had should has the value 2008. Change this to 2005, recompile and everything works.

is to open your edmx file, search for the ProviderManifestToken value, and change it to 2005 ok~~~~~~~~~
