Fourth session CCF Big Data Academic Conference essay notice

In recent years, big data has been the focus of the active layout of all walks of life. In August 2015, the State Council published the Platform for Action to promote big data and formally promoted big data to national strategy, aiming at promoting the development and application of big data in China and accelerating the construction of data power. Today, big data is not only the strongest driving force in the global IT industry, it is also causing business change and industrial upgrading in all walks of life. Therefore, in order to explore the challenges faced by big data-related fields, share all kinds of innovative ideas, reflect the latest research progress of China Big data technology, Exchange Big Data application status and research and development experience, after 2013-2015 successfully held three session of the CCF Big Data Conference, the fourth session of the CCF Big Data conference (CCF Bigdata 2016) will be held in Lanzhou, Gansu province, in October 2016.

This session was hosted by the Chinese Computer Society, the China Computer Society big Data Expert committee and the Lanzhou University joint Undertaking. The Conference will invite a number of academicians and top experts and scholars from the big data field at home and abroad to give a special invitation to the Conference, inviting the senior editorial organization of the Science Editorial office to scientific the data in sciences as the theme of the Summit forum. The Conference will also host various forms of academic exchange, including thematic forums, youth forums and oral presentations at the sub-venues. The best academic Paper Award, Best applied Paper Award and Best Student Paper award are set up in the conference.

Essay Scope

The Big Data conference will collect conference papers on the scientific basic theories, key technology methodologies and systems, and the application of big data for big data. The scope of the essay includes, but is not limited to:

• Basic theory and method of Big Data science
• Big Data System architecture and infrastructure, including big Data Computing architecture, cloud computing technology and platform for big-data processing, data center and Green Computing
• Large data acquisition and preprocessing technology, including data acquisition, transformation, quality management, data governance, compression, transmission, integration of multi-source heterogeneous data and other technical methods
• Big Data storage management model, technology and system, including Big data storage model, storage management method, query and indexing technology, Distributed File system, distributed database, distributed graph database, distributed semantic database, large-scale document database, etc. k-v storage technology and systems, SQL over Hadoop, Replica consistency and new transaction mechanism, new storage technology, etc.
• Big Data Parallel computing model, framework and system, including batch processing, memory calculation, flow calculation, graph calculation, complex analysis and processing of different calculation and program design models, methods, frameworks and systems, etc.
• Mainstream open source Big Data system optimization and application practices, including Hadoop, Spark, Flink, Storm and other mainstream open-source Big Data system platform performance optimization and function enhancement, as well as the mainstream big Data system platform in the industry application and practice, etc.
• Big Data analysis mining and intelligent computing methods and systems, including Big Data machine learning and data mining parallelization algorithm, Big Data machine learning system, social network analysis, analysis recommendation, Business Intelligence, natural language processing, large-scale semantic data analysis and mining, etc.
• Big Data visualization analysis and calculation, including Big data visualization analysis and presentation techniques and system Tools
• Big Data sharing open technology methodologies and standards, including data sharing and openness, data exchange/Transaction technology methodologies, system platforms, and technical standard specifications
• Big Data privacy and security protection technology and standards, including data privacy protection, data access security, data encryption and decryption technology and technical standards
• Big Data system solutions and tools platform, including big Data system solution, big Data system platform, big Data application development environment and tools, etc.
• Big data industry applications, including big data in the Internet, finance, health, transportation, government, telecommunications, power, energy and other typical industries of the comprehensive analysis of applied technology and cases, tools, software and practical experience, etc.
• Other research issues related to big data

The employment and publication of papers

The conference is now open to academia and industry, and both Chinese and English manuscripts are collected. This conference hired papers (including articles on industry track) will be recommended according to the quality of the paper to "Computer journal", "Computer Research and development", "Electronics newspaper", "Chinese Information journal", "Pattern recognition and artificial intelligence", "data collection and processing", " Journal of Tsinghua University (natural Science Edition), Journal of Nanjing University (Natural Science Edition), Journal of China University of Science and Technology, computer Science and Exploration, Journal of Lanzhou University (natural Science Edition), computer science, computer application, computing engineering and science, big Data and other domestic core periodicals are published in the journal. English manuscripts are published through CCF by Springer, and particularly outstanding papers (Chinese papers translated) will be recommended to the International journal IEEE Transactions on Big Data and international Journal of data Science and Analytics.

Paper Submission Requirements: Chinese paper layout Standard A4 format, Word or PDF, manuscripts in accordance with the "Computer journal", "Computer Research and development" and other journals of the journal paper length requirements. The English paper is limited to 8 pages, Word or PDF, and the manuscript is written according to the format of Springer published papers.
