3. Each department can exchange A or B + employees for two new employee indicators or other benefits.

4. Each department can exchange a common employee for a new employee indicator or other benefits.

5. Each department will post its own requirements each year, requiring A, B +, or others.

6. Users can freely choose and make arrangements for posting on the Internet every year.

7. Adjust the employees in the past and carry their salary adjustments together to avoid salary increases due to job changes.

8. Adjust the month to the month of the year.

The above rules are just a random thought. The purpose is to promote the flow of employees, so as to avoid our employees from leaving the company because the Department does not have the opportunity to stay on its own, however, other departments are troubled by the fact that they cannot find the right talent. They frequently search for resumes from the outside. If you do not have a chance, you can find a good opportunity for employees to move talented people within the company rather than outside the company.
