The item was not found when Windows deleted a file

You can try the following methods when you cannot find the item when you delete a file in Windows or if the file does not appear on the disk:

Create a new article in the sibling directory where you want to delete the file, copy the following code to the document, and save the document as a document with a . bat suffix (the name is optional),

del/f/a/q \\?\%1
RD/S/q \\?\%1

Drag the file or folder you want to delete onto the document's icon to delete the file.
