2. Test and print. You can manually mount and decompress the paper on the printer. You can control online and offline operations.

3. the two ends of the power source and data cable cannot be printed.

4. restart the computer.

5. It is found that the selected "offline printing" mode is selected. After switching to the online mode, it still cannot be printed.

6. Search for the network and find someone who says to reinstall the driver. However, the machine cannot access the Internet.

7. Restart the printing service and the printing is still unavailable.

8. Stop the Print Service, delete the content in the printers folder under the spool directory, and start the Print Service.

9. After thinking about the search, we can infer that there is no problem with the printer. It must be that the data is not connected and the printer is not properly driven. Therefore, it cannot be printed after re-plugging.

10. Changing the data cable to a USB interface still cannot be printed.

11. We found that the port number in the "attribute" of the printer has two "USB" ports. Select another one and test it to print it.

12. Change the data cable back to the original USB interface, and the data cannot be printed during testing.

13. I found that there is another USB port in the "Port", so I chose the new one and tested it. I can print it again.

14. It feels strange.
