The method of non-distortion in flash GIF animation

I often use this method to do GIF. I take the following picture as an example.

Generally direct in flash, the quality of GIF animation is too bad.
1. First, do a good little flash animation. Export a sequence file in BMP format.

2. Open the ImageReady.exe under the Photoshop installation directory
or open Photoshop, click File > Jump to >imageready. It's OK.

3. Click ImageReady menu, File>import>folder as frames ...

Import the first step to do the sequence file.
1 can set the stay time of the frame, there are 0.1 seconds, 0.2 seconds, 0.5 seconds ... Choose Other .... You can set it yourself.
2 to set the animation loop. Once is a loop, and the default is forever. Infinite
3 is used to remove the frame.
Click Play to test if satisfied. Just press the menu File>save optimized as ... Export GIF animation.
