start Cmd/powershell with Administrator . Enter the following command in turn

1. DiskPart
2. List disk
3. Select Disk X

where x is the hard disk on which the MSR partition resides

4. List partition
5. Select Partition Y

Where y is the MSR partition

6, assign Letter=p

where p is the drive letter of the MSR partition

7. Exit
8, Taskkill-f-im explorer.exe

Restart Explorer

9, Explorer.exe
10, Notepad

Start Notepad, and operate the MSR partition in the Save As window in Notepad,

(Of course any software that starts with administrator privileges can implement operations on that partition ...)

Note: The drive-letter restart for the MSR assignment is invalidated.
