Change ImagePath:
D:/oracle_11g/product/11.1.0/db_1/BIN/TNSLSNR. EXE (not in. EXE later)

2: Environment Variable

Changed ORACLE_HOME to: D:/oracle_11g/product/11.1.0/db_1 (previously empty)
