Workaround method One: If the WinRM service is not turned on

First step: Select "Tools"--"services" in the server

The second step: Find the Windows Remote mangement service, if not open, choose to open.

Method Two: If the service above is open or not.

First step: Open "My Computer"--"properties" in the server

Step Two: Select "Advanced System Settings"

Step three: Select "Advanced Options"--"performance"--"settings"

Fourth step: Select "Advanced"--"virtual memory"--"change"

Fifth step: Select "Custom Size", "initial value" set to the memory size of one times, the maximum value is set to twice times. Finally, be sure to click "Settings". And then determine. Exit.
