The skill of Flying letter Group

Group: Composed of a number of fly-letter users, with a common discussion of a theme of the function.

Group capability: Show the user whether the group function is currently available to the member. Group capacity has two values: there is/is no group ability, respectively corresponding to "Yes/No can use the group function".

Super admin: That is, the group owner. The Super administrator has the highest administrative privileges. The creator of the group automatically becomes a super administrator, and can grant/cancel administrators of other members of the group.

Administrator: A group manager authorized by a super administrator who can manage a common group of members.

Group session: A message that is sent by a user in a group that all members can receive.

Group SMS: In the name of the group, sent to all members of the group text messages.

Group Introduction: A simple description of the topic of the group, can be seen by all users.

Group Announcements: Describes the recent group of notifications, discussion topics, and so on, can only be visible to group members.

Group name: A group of names that can be seen by all users and used to identify groups between users.

Group Heat: The number of members of the group, the Group of sessions and other information using the formula to calculate the quantitative heat value, and the heat value into a number of grades, the formation of the class is the group heat.

Group topic: Members of the group initiated a hot topic of discussion.

Letter Group Interface Function Description:

Create groups, search groups, and create thumb groups.

Group Heat.

Group image.

Group announcements.

The group name.

Create a group

Ordinary fly-flying users can serve as a maximum of 4 groups of Super Administrator.

In the list of groups, click the "Create Group" button

, open the Create Group window (Figure 2).

In the Create Group window to fill in the basic information of the group, include: Group name (required), group classification, group profile, set the group image and other users to apply to join the group authentication method, set whether to allow other users to search the group, click the "Submit" button to create a successful group. In the Create Group window, in order to facilitate your rapid creation of the letter group, the system default check "I agree with the letter Group service Agreement", click on "Letter Group service agreement" to see the details of the Letter Group service agreement.

Note: You cannot use sensitive characters, such as reactionary, violent or pornographic, as group names, otherwise you will not be able to create groups successfully.

Create success, display your group name and group number (Figure 3), and click Finish to close the Create Group wizard. If you check "invite friends to join group now", click "Finish" will pop up the invite new member window, in this window select friends to join the group you created.

Super Administrator, Administrator, ordinary group members can be to their own flying friends to initiate invitations. Invitations can only be sent to the open letter business friends. Friends received the invitation to join the agreement, as long as the number of members of this group is not up to the maximum (200) can be directly joined.

Hint: A group Super Administrator or group administrator can set up "Allow group members to invite friends to join this group" in the Group Management window of group settings. When this option is checked, group members can invite their friends to join the group.

Right-click on the group name, select "Invite new Member" in the menu, and in the pop-up invite new member window, select the contact you want to invite (Figure 4).

After you have selected your friends, click on the "OK" button and send the invitation. After the invited friends agree to your invitation, you can join the group.

Search Group

Flying to provide two kinds of search methods: Accurate search and conditional search. In the letter group list, click on the "Search Group" button, open the Search Group Wizard.

Exact search:

Search according to group number, exact match. In the search box, enter the group number directly, and click the "Next" button.

Search by criteria:

Based on the keyword search in group properties, fuzzy matching. In search terms, after entering the keyword directly, click the "Next" button to search for the group that contains the keyword. You may not enter the keyword, directly select the category, click the "Next" button to search. When you enter a keyword, you can also select a category and search for a group that is more appropriate for you.

In the search results list (Figure 8), you can see the group name, group number, classification, validation, number of members, and so on in the results.
