Problem description "CentOS system using Yum installation software, there are the following error
[Root@localhost ~]# yum install Gnuradio USRP
Loaded Plugins:fastestmirror
Existing lock/var/run/yum.pid:another copy is running as PID 15069.
Another app is currently holding the Yum lock; Waiting for it to exit ...
The other application Is:yum-updatesd-he
Memory:17 M RSS (MB VSZ)
started:wed may 20:58:54 2011-2:10:35 ago
State:sleeping, pid:15069
Rerun after termination problem remains

"Solution":
At the command line, enter:
#rm-F/var/run/yum.pid/sbin/service
#yum-updatesd Restart
Re-execution, problem solving
