Reason 1, either the Microsoft Software Shadow Copy provider service is not turned on, or the optimization software shuts down the service, and the service must be turned on using System Restore.
Workaround: First open the Run dialog box in the Start menu and enter services, return to open the service management interface, and then locate and double-click the Microsoft Software Shadow Copy Provider Service, in the pop-up properties interface, Turn on the Startup type setting to open.
Reason 2, it is possible that C disk did not open system protection caused.
Solution: 1 Mouse Right click on the computer icon, select Properties, click on the left side of the system protection, check whether C disk to open the System Restore;
2 If not, click Configure, then select "Restore system settings and previous versions of Files" item, then click OK button to save exit.
Reason 3, may be not set restore point, if not set restore point is not restored, you can click to create a restore point in the window below to create.
