Just installed SQL Server database, but in the myeclipse to add and delete data to change the database IP address can not connect the problem, after looking to find the problem. The specific solutions are:

1. Open Configuration Manager for SQL Server

2. After careful observation, I found that the TCP/IP protocol under the MSSQLSERVER directory is disabled, right click to select Open Protocol

3. Next, restart SQL SERVERS (MSSQLSERVER) under SQL SERVERS service.

4. Then the TCP/IP protocol is started, and we can know the port number of the database.
