Output Current time: 02:32:17
The actual time is 10:32:17.

The output result is 8 hours different from the local time.
Cause: The time zone is incorrectly set.
Two solutions:

1. Add date_default_timezone_set ('Asia/Shanghai ');
2. Modify php. ini
