Symptom

The router fails to be upgraded. The error code 18001 is displayed, as shown in the following figure:

Solution

This error is prompted because the wrong binfile is used for upgrade.

The router's backup configuration file is also. if you back up a file in bin format before the upgrade and select this file incorrectly during the upgrade, the upgrade will fail and a 18001 error will be prompted.

During the upgrade, select the decompressed upgrade software (the upgrade help documentation is available in the same directory, which is easy to identify ).
