Website Administrator name:	Enter the name of the website administrator carefully. Separate multiple headers with semicolons.
Valid website administrator ID number:	Enter the valid ID number of the website administrator (for example, 'Id card: 123456789 '). Multiple IDs can be separated by semicolons (;).
Website administrator office phone number:	Enter the website administrator's office phone number carefully. Separate multiple phone numbers with semicolons.
Mobile phone number of the website administrator:	Enter the website administrator's mobile phone number carefully. Separate multiple mobile phone numbers with semicolons.
Email address of the website administrator:	Enter the email address of the website administrator. Separate multiple email addresses with semicolons.

Website homepage URL:	Enter the domain name or IP address of the website homepage. Multiple IP addresses can be separated by semicolons.
Name of the Website access service provider:	Select the access service provider to which your website belongs, that is, enter the name of the organization with which you have signed the Website access service agreement. You can select one or press Ctrl to select multiple. The selected box on the right shows the access service provider you have selected, and the candidate box on the left shows the waiting options provided to you by the system. Because there are many candidates, it is not convenient to search, for this reason, the system provides fuzzy query. You only need to enter a few words or characters in the name of the service provider to be searched, and click the query button. The system will query the corresponding content in the Candidate box. Select the desired option in the Candidate box and click Add. The system adds the option to the selected box. Whether or not access through IP addresses only:	Select whether the website Domain Name List can be accessed only by IP address based on the actual situation. If you select "no", you must enter the corresponding domain name list in the website domain name list. If yes is selected, the user does not have to fill in the corresponding domain name list in the website domain name list.
Website Domain Name List:	This domain name list can contain top-level domain names or subdomains that are extended under top-level domain names. The top-level domain name indicates that the information service provider is responsible for all information under the top-level domain name, And the subdomain name indicates that the information service provider is only responsible for the information under the subdomain name. The Telecommunications Management Department will handle the content of the domain name that has not been filled in. For example, if you enter * .sina.com.cn: indicates that the user is responsible for all information under the top-level domain name, and if you enter sports.sina.com.cn, the user is only responsible for all information under the domain name, the content of other domain names similar to news.sina.com.cn is not liable. In addition, if you select a dynamic IP address, you can leave this field empty.
Dynamic IP:	Please select according to the IP address of the access service. If the IP address remains unchanged during the access service period, enter static IP addresses. Otherwise, enter dynamic IP addresses. For example, if a host hosting method is used for access, enter a static IP address, such as ISDN/XDSL/cable modem/GPRS/CDMA/802.3/802.11b, dynamic IP addresses should be filled in
List of IP addresses used:	Enter your IP address list. You can enter a single IP address or IP address segment. Each line contains a record. Press enter to wrap the line. The start address of the IP address segment is connected with-, for example, 192.168.1.10-192.168.1.30.
