What is your career history and how did you make your business decision?

Entrepreneurship for me is a good way to master their own destiny, it makes people never free to freedom, in the past may have to be subject to the boss or the board of Directors, but also have a certain contract employment relationship, entrepreneurship is to sell themselves directly to the market, anyway, the east is not bright in the west. After starting a business with the imagination and creativity of the space, can do a lot of what they are willing to do, work has become a fun, in short it brings a completely different realm, these are prompted me to make the choice of entrepreneurial reasons.

Shanghui: The idea of starting a business is very early, in 1984, I graduated from the University of Hong Kong to work in Hewlett-Packard Company, was deeply influenced by the founder of the company, they only spent 20 years of time to create a tens of billions of enterprises. Then I left there is to feel that the environment has not met their own ideas, things do not get more responsibility, so I went to Bain. The people who go to the management consulting firm usually want to do things for two or three years. Then I invested in magnetic materials and so on, and the failure of entrepreneurship made me realize that I had to do it full-time.

October 1998 I began to invest to do job, did not expect to do the bigger, so April 2000 I quit, want to do it more large-scale. The motivation to come out of a business is to deceive themselves, there is a real one. Work as a management consultant is very tiring, every week to work 100 hours, migrant workers still need to continue to put in, do well today, if not to do tomorrow is over, can be a partner does not matter, to a certain extent can find professionals to do, their own relaxed. Lu Jianfeng: The decision to start a business after a period of reflection, at the beginning of my career is the company set for me. I've been in this position for 8 years, then the American telephone and telegraph Company came to me through headhunters, when they were about to merge with NCR, and I thought I was too familiar with HP to change it, and the American Telephone and telegraph company did not do enough to localize the talent, so I chose to go there. It can be said that the challenge of this choice is great, because everything there is new to me. I've been doing it since then. When I did this, I thought it was no different from doing it in the United States, and from my heart, it was better to see the level of local staff than to do things for people in other countries. ' What I'm doing now is training, and I want to see more people develop through training, and I dream of starting a school in the future and start education from kindergarten.

What do you think is the best preparation for an entrepreneur from a migrant worker?

Huiyao: To choose your most familiar field, to have 35 years of accumulated experience in the industry, there are certain channels and relationships, a certain knowledge structure, and the other is the management experience and the accumulation of funds. Like myself, I've worked in a big engineering company for 3 years, in the economic and trade Department is also dealing with the project, as a diplomat is also to do to promote the project, so choose to do projects, International business Consulting is my most familiar area, just to my qualifications, the understanding of eastern and Western culture, large companies and government work experience are used.

Shanghui: There have been a few startups have failed, the reason is only from the product, in fact, the good product does not mean that there are customers, others need is a complete service. So entrepreneurship needs to shift from product orientation to customer orientation. In addition, entrepreneurship is not a person to do, need a class of people, so the scale of entrepreneurship needs to set up a team early, otherwise the development will be slow, to some complementary partners to pull in. When starting a company, the most important thing is to build a sales team, then the product development to keep up, and then the professional managers to keep up with the financial system in place. Finally, the personnel system should be in place, or as more and more people, who feel that they are only a small part of the company, the struggle is not.
