This language should have experience and be all-encompassing. It is very mature and has a large number of basic databases. Using this language, it can quickly help you develop a variety of services or command line tools. Just a few clicks at your fingertips and everything is done.

If a programmer lists many of these languages, it may indicate that he can use these languages to develop RESTful services.

If I haven't found out that he has a high-performance language or few, I doubt that he is either inexperienced or not professional enough.

3. butter + bread

This language is the language on which you can live when your life is tight. This is a language that is needed only when you or your family need to struggle.

If a person doesn't know a language that can exchange buttered bread, he may need to be educated about "how to work efficiently in a team.
