The first step is to write a resume. Your score best shows your work abilities. The best score is promotion, which can objectively show your boss's good impression on you. Another way to present objective comments is to present a certain amount of results.

Most people think that when they get the job, their previous achievements will be useless, but this is the only useful on their resumes. No one can tell from your resume that you are a "good team worker", unless you write "once set up a group to solve the problem X, and increased sales by X % "or" helped an inefficient team deliver goods three weeks ahead of schedule ".

If you only write personal scores on your resume, it is difficult to fill up a whole piece of paper. This does not matter. Any content on your resume that has nothing to do with your personal achievements is a waste of space. Think about it when a company announces a new product. First, the product has not been completed; second, it still has flaws; third, the photos of the published model will be different from those of the actual product. It doesn't matter. Marketing is all done. The company will tell you that they are trying to give customers the information they need and the best way to let customers know how they should consume.

You need to write your resume in the same way, because a resume is a sales promotion document. The best sales promotion document will display the product in the most appropriate way, that is, it will make you look very good by unscrupulous means. As long as it is not a lie.

For example, when you enter a company, they just released a software, but the software is full of loopholes. They want to hire a person to handle customer calls. You started to provide technical support on the phone. You kept working overtime because there were too many calls. Later, you cleared the call list and started not to work much. Finally, you began to look for a job again because the job was too boring.

You should write a work summary in your resume as follows: assume the management responsibilities of technical support and reduce the power consumption by 20%.

How do you know it's 20%? Who knows? There may be more, but you can't know the exact number, so this mistake is within the security line. However, if you just say "providing technical support for a software company", no one will know that you are doing well.

It is almost impossible to lie in your resume, but it is not an art. You have to practice it many times to understand the scope of the lie.

Do not write everything in your resume.

The ultimate goal of your resume is to allow others to call you and give you an interview opportunity. So a resume is like a first appointment. You only need to show the best, not all.

Some people like to write everything you can think of into your resume, but it is not your only chance to sell your resume. In fact, the interview is the focus of sales promotion. Therefore, writing the best score into your resume is enough. Of course, they certainly want to ask you more questions, but this will make them call you. This is good, right?

Some of you cannot reluctantly remove the more 20 lines of words from your resume, because you feel that the interviewer must know everything about you immediately, but the statistics point out, there are not many people who like to know each other in advance.
