I have known time management for a long time. It was probably because I used to read "Seven Habits of high-performance people" and "how to control my time and Life", but I started to think about it. Unfortunately, after graduation, I have never had the necessary skills, and I am working very efficiently. However, I feel that I am tired of being pushed forward by the pressure, which has a lot of impact. I have been addicted for a long time. Some time ago, I read the magazine and found "Energy Management". I also referred to the recently read "Energy Management", so this article was born.

It is said that people like to set a plan, but they often like to give up halfway. abandoning the plan is definitely a subjective reason for planning makers. From the appearance, the planners consume time but fail to complete the task. To solve this problem, the simple method is to take the time as the unit and execute it in the order of time schedule. The formula is as follows:

Unfortunately, people are animals, have emotions, and have thoughts. the most annoying thing is that they are also influenced by the spirit, both positive and negative will have a direct impact on the output per unit time.

Time management problems

In general, when we receive a task, combined with our own situation, we generally tend to disassemble the task, list the priority according to the four quadrant rule, and then release the corresponding plan, using Memo (Memorandum) /The form of Calendar is listed. Two-minute Principle

In the case of external interference, consider the processing time, if less than two minutes, processing; otherwise, delay or rejection. In short, the principle is that for a short period of interference, in order to respect each other's purpose, but also for personal excellence, you can handle it quickly within the time you can afford.

Latency satisfaction

Specifically, it is used to handle urgent but unimportant tasks, such as quickly replying to a friend's message or quickly viewing emails or seeing interesting news. For such events, the first response is not worth processing, or the prompt is not displayed by default. Check regularly. Wait until the task is completed.

As these principles continue to be put into practice, the efficiency of the work is high, and the use of time is increasing. Unfortunately, the problem is still in front. I call it a pressure trap. While using time to complete our work efficiently, we have paid a lot of energy, thoughts, and physical consumption. Energy Management

Unlike time management, energy management focuses on four levels of things: body, emotion, thoughts, and spirit. However, time management falls into the ideological part.

The body is the capital of the revolution. Maintaining the high performance of the body is not only what the body can satisfy. Including:

Practical solutions

Compare the four missing aspects, find your own obstacles, and list the obstacles and solutions. The reference format is as follows:

Combining time management and energy management, I am more inclined to make some improvements to time management.

The purpose of time management is to achieve personal work effectiveness. There are no two considerations:

  1. People do not survive simply for work;
  2. People live in groups and interact with each other.

For the efficiency of daily time utilization, we can indeed use some suggestions of time management to improve the work efficiency. However, the task-based work is too rigid, it may not be suitable for individuals with a strong mindset (such as myself. However, we can adopt the form of "reverse Plan". The difference is that, in the weekly plan and monthly plan, we can list the work objectives and split the plan, without having to allocate a certain unit of time.

Simply put, change the task-oriented planning method to the result-oriented planning method. You don't have to list the corresponding tasks in a certain time zone to give yourself more flexibility and set aside some time to save yourself from the trap of pressure.
