In the Internet era, broadband has already started our family. I have two computers in my house. I can't apply for two usernames. No way, I have to share the Internet to achieve the goal of having Internet access on both machines. In fact, it is very easy to achieve this goal, I will present these methods one by one here.

We need to install two NICs on the computer as the server. Here we call the NIC connected to the ISP broadband line "external nic" and the NIC connected to other computers "Internal nic "; open the network and dial-up connection as the server computer.

Right-click "external network adapter", select "share", and select "Enable Internet Connection Sharing. (For users who access the Internet through ADSL dialing, the TC/IP protocol is generally not required. You can obtain the IP address automatically)

Generally, you can set the default automatically obtained IP address, but for faster connection speed:

Any IP address between 192.168.0.2 and 192.168.0.253.

Both the gateway and DNS are set to 192.168.0.1 (equivalent to the IP address of the server "intranet nic)

After the operation is complete, right-click all NICs and choose stop> restart once.

1: Use the sharing method that comes with Windows XP.

2: In "network and dial-up connections", select your dial-up connection icon, view the attributes, and select share.

If you select "share", the IP address of the other network adapter will change to 192.168.0.1.

3: You can set the IP address of your laptop to 192.168.0.2 and the gateway address to 192.168.0.1.

2: You can also set some port ing services so that both computers can use software such as BT or video chat.

3: At last, dial-up Internet access on a computer takes up computer resources and takes up a large amount of resources. Therefore, we recommend that you use a vro.
