The general method is:

First, reduce the innodb_max_dirty_pages_pct parameter value, so that data in the memory can be written to the disk as soon as possible;

Then, check the innodb_buffer_pool_pages_dirty status value. When it is reduced to a certain degree, you can close the database in the normal way.
