Tips for using MAC terminal

The combination of several keys in Mac system can make the operation of terminal more flexible and convenient.

1. Move the cursor to the beginning of the line: Ctrl + A

2. Move the cursor to the end of the line: Ctrl + E

3. Clear the Screen: Ctrl + L

4. Search for previously used commands: Ctrl + R

5. Clear the current line: Ctrl + U

6, clear to the end of the current line: Ctrl + K

7. Move the Word unit: Option + arrow key

8. Multi-Tab support

1) terminal Y is also multi-tab enabled, Cmd+t can open a new tab2) cmd + SHIFT + {/} can toggle between tabs
9. Open the external app in termial1) Use the open yourfile to open your file directly with the default program2) Use Open-a Safari to open Safari app
