Step 3rd, open the Manage Styles dialog box and click the Import/Export button, as shown in Figure 2010100603.

Step 4th, switch to the Styles tab in the Open Organizer dialog box, and click the Close File button in the left column, as shown in Figure 2010100604.

Step 5th, click the Open File button, click the file type Drop-down triangle button in the Open Open dialog box, and select the Word document or word97-2003 document option in the Open list. Then locate and open the Word document that you want to export the style to, as shown in Figure 2010100605.

Step 6th, return to the Organizer dialog box, click the Close File button in the right column, and click Open button to open the Word document that receives the style. Then select the style you want to copy in the list of styles in the left column, and click the Copy button, as shown in Figure 2010100606.
