Oh, I have solved it myself.
A product website finds that videos in RMVB format cannot be played, while videos in rm format can.

Win2003 is used as a server. IIS6 does not support the file format with the RMVB extension by default.
When you access these types, the following message is returned: HTTP Error 404-the file or directory is not found.

Cause: IIS6.0 canceled support for some MIME types, such as ISO and RMVB, causing an error in client download.

Solution:

Choose site Properties> HTTP header> MIME type> new. In the subsequent dialog box, enter the extension. rmvb and MIME type.

Restart IIS.

Appendix:
If you want IIS to support all files with any extension, add a new extension. * MIME Type: application/octet-stream (this will bring security risks. We do not recommend this)
