Windows Live Writer Manual Configuration step (enter user name and password to configure automatically when the blog park is configured):

1. Select "Weblog" in the menu, and then select "Another Weblog Service".

2. Enter your blog home address in the Weblog homepage URL.

3. Enter the user name and password.

4. Select "Custom (MetaWeblog API)" in "Type of weblog that is using".

5. Enter "Http://www.cnblogs.com/Blog name/services/metaweblog.aspx" in "Remote posting URL for your weblog".

Use note: After publishing with Windows Live Writer, Windows Live Writer does not change the status of the current window (and there is no obvious hint), in the current window will be the newly published essays in the editing state, if modified and published, will directly modify the newly published essay content.
