The written examination mainly deals with the c ++ language, which makes me unexpected. because I did not have a written examination for the first two companies, I started my job after a direct interview, so this is my first written examination since I started my job. I didn't expect that the C ++ language would be the focus of the written examination. In my imagination, we should examine algorithms, data structures, software engineering, and design patterns. However, my c ++ language is barely satisfactory, and the written test result should be very good. The interview manager is a very kind brother. I should be a few years older than me. After asking me about my work experience, I asked some java-related things. Although I have done something in Java, but it's just a matter of understanding. Fortunately, I know that this position should not have many opportunities to use Java, so it should not be a big problem. Indeed, it was very short to get the offer, and the salary was naturally a lot higher than that of other Chinese enterprises. Of course, it was only relative to the original base. I officially left the state-owned enterprise to come to a foreign company.

To put it bluntly, the outsourcing company I have previously worked on is also a Japanese company, but in fact it should be a small private company. This small American company is an authentic foreign company. The working atmosphere is quite good. My colleagues are very good in quality and have a harmonious relationship with each other. I feel a new atmosphere. It completely removes the rigid environment of state-owned enterprises. Some people have said that it is difficult for a colleague to become a friend before, but according to my experience, this is also caused by the Environment, at least I feel like in this company, many of my colleagues finally became good friends.

One of the most important parts of this company is that the management art of leadership is more humane. We can see that leadership has been trained and edified by the West. I have to regret to say that the lack of management experience in China is too much, whether it is Chinese or anything else, what I want to say is that for employees, such management is really bad.

The company's main business is an enterprise-level Java application product. I was recruited to be a mobile game on the BREW Platform and was the first employee of this project. I have never touched this thing before, and no one in this company can help me. I need to learn it myself. Fortunately, I have seen some embedded development before, although I have never done it before, I have mastered some essentials. As long as I have a C ++ background, I can get started quickly. In the first days, I still had to work overtime due to project requirements. However, it was much easier than working overtime. I used to spend all night here, but it was because I had to synchronize time with the United States, so I had to go to work at night and take a day off, and there were very few such days, far less than working overtime all night. My projects were all outsourced from the United States. At that time, I was the only one to do it. I tried my best to learn and practice it. Because of the language foundation, although I am not very familiar with embedded development, however, upon study and practice, the BREW Platform is very easy to learn. Of course, there will also be many technical difficulties, but after hard work, the most important problems can be solved. The previous few small projects were very handy and soon there were more and more projects. My team also began to expand gradually. The growth of team members meant that I had to code myself and began to act as a manager.

In this foreign company environment, I found that I have many things to learn and have learned many things, and I think I have played a lot in this company, far more than I used in my former state-owned enterprises. First of all, my English communication capability is rapidly improved. All emails in the company must be in English. In addition, I act as a team lead and need to communicate frequently with the person in charge of the United States, I am also responsible for part of the communication work with our customers. I need to communicate in English on the aim, telephone, and other media. After a while, I found that my English skills have grown, especially in terms of spoken language. The second is management skills. With high-level management guidance, I gradually learned system process management and project management, especially human management and communication skills. Our director is a manager with rich experience. In addition, many colleagues from other project teams have good management experience. At work, I can exchange and learn with high-level management teams, it is very helpful for my own growth. Speaking of this, I can't help but think about it. I remember hearing a lecture from Director Zhang HONGJIANG of the ATC. He said that he was the first colleague to consider the work environment, it can be seen that high-quality colleagues have a great impact on an employee. I strongly agree that, as my own example can prove, it is absolutely a great boost to my own growth among high-quality colleagues.

Our team has been expanding since this time, because the previous projects have been well completed, so there will be new projects in the future, and the team members will be expanded to 8 people, in just over a year, I am very pleased to be able to expand so quickly, because this is a team I have built and I feel very proud.

I have been doing this happily for more than a year, but this is just a work aspect, and I have encountered some difficult difficulties in my life, so that I have to find more economic sources. In the past few years, I have never had too many economic considerations, nor have I ever thought that I would give up my job that was originally very happy one day because I was looking for more income, however, real life tells me that sometimes people must consider this. I want to find a part-time job in the past, but the actual operation is too poor, those part-time jobs are basically thankless, and few people will give reasonable compensation to part-time workers, especially programming jobs. I think I have to find a company that makes more money.

I told a good friend about my thoughts. He suggested that I go to the personnel department to talk about the treatment, which can be improved as appropriate, but because I have the shadow of failure in dealing with treatment in the past, I think it may be more confident to find a new home and talk about how to raise the salary first. My work was very smooth, and my income was okay. Basically, my financial pressure was relieved. I also accept the offer from the new company. I originally planned to talk to the company about improving the salary, but because the new offer is a good opportunity that I like very much and I think it is helpful to me, although I also like my current work environment, I pay more attention to this new opportunity and want to resign directly.

So I resigned from the company. I did not think that the company director paid special attention to my resignation and talked to me several times, they valued my skills and thought that my department was developing very well. They hoped that I would continue to expand my team as a team leader. They told me they could give me a higher salary than a new job. I am in a dilemma. On the one hand, I have promised a new company, and on the other hand, I feel that my original company is not thin to me, And my original worried economic pressure does not exist after a salary increase. After thinking about these two different choices for several days, I finally decided to go to the new environment. After all, this is a top-notch enterprise in the industry that I have never touched. In this way, I reluctantly left the original company and my colleagues who have become good friends.
