The Clsagfw_modify_attribute attr Usr_ora_domain value failed repeatedly.

The issue has been a fixed in bug 20091753 and unpublished bug 18590085.

Apply The fix of bug.20091753 and 18590085 if the patch is available for your platform and version

Or

Workaround

Use the following command to change the value of Usr_ora_domain of every database resource running on the cluster from NUL L to A is not NULL doman_name string.

Setting it won't cause any performance impact to the database.
