Troubleshoot Linux systems without/etc/sysconfig/iptables files

In Linux systems, firewalls are not turned on by default, and there is no policy to configure any firewalls, so there is no/etc/sysconfig/iptables file.

First, the general method of solution:

1. Use the iptables command in the console to write a firewall rule

Iptables-a output-j ACCEPT

Service Iptables Save

Save it to the Iptables file in the/etc/sysconfig directory by default.

However, this method is not available in some versions of Linux, such as Ubuntu,debian.

II. Special Solutions

Create files directly

Vi/etc/sysconfig/iptables

Then save exit, "Esc", ": wq!"
