Sometimes when we have the office2010 installed, each time you open Word or ppt or other Office documents, you are prompted to "setup is preparing the necessary files" and then "you are configuring Microsoft Office ...". Why is this happening, and how can we solve it?
The main reason is that the account used at installation is not the same account as the account you are currently logged on, or that you have covered the installation or reinstalled the system but the installation directory for Office has not changed.
