After you have backed up the Active Directory certificate private key and database, uninstall Active Directory Certificate Services. The Active Directory Certificate service needs to be uninstalled before you uninstall Active Directory because you want to "properly uninstall" Active Directory later.
(1) switch to a server (the first Active Directory server), open Server Manager, and in administration, select Remove roles and features, as shown in 4-1.

(2) In the Select Destination Server dialog box, select Select a server from the server pool and select the first Active Directory Server "Dcser.heinfo.local", as shown in 4-2.

(3) In the Remove Server Roles dialog box, expand Active Directory Certificate Services, and select the Certificate Authority Web enrollment from which to cancel, as shown in 4-3.

(7) Go to the Remove Roles and Features Wizard again, in Remove server role, select Active Directory Certificate Services, uninstall Certificate Services, 4-7.
