Troubleshooting of "Remote Desktop Connection disconnected"

This problem is common when the remote system is Windows XP of ghostversion.

Symptom: when you use the "Remote Desktop" function provided by Windows XP to connect to another Windows XP Computer, an error window "remote computer connection ended" appears.

Solution:

1. Open the registry, find HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/system/controlset001/Enum/root/rdpdr, right-click rdpdr, select "permission", and change the "everyone" permission to "full control"

2. Add the following content to the Registry (Save the following content in Notepad as the. reg file and merge it into the Registry)

3. Click Start> RUN> enter services. MSC to open the Service Management window and find the services named Remote Desktop Help Session Manager and telnet.
